C420 sails
The C420 (Club 420) is considered an excellent boat for youth sailing and double-handed racing, making it a favorite among youth sailing programs and high school and college teams.
Our sail are based on a race proven design adapted to Sailing Clubs and Sailing schools.
C420 sails specifications:
Main C420 sail:
- Cloth: Dacron 250g/sqm (5.9Oz), upgradable to 300g/sqm (7 Oz)
- Floating tack design
- Optional x-ply window
- Positive roach
- Team-race numbers and colors
- Velcro adjustment on forced batten
- Spreader patch reinforcement
Jib C420 sail:
- Cloth: Dacron 250g/sqm (5.9 Oz), upgradable to 300g/sqm (7 Oz)
- X-ply reinforced window on the jib
- Spliced Vectran or stainless steel luff wire
- Negative leech roach for durability
- No need for battens…
A Spinnaker is also available:
- Double ripstop .75 cloth
