Shipping

We usually ship stocked products on the next business day after we receive your order.
Standard spinnakers arrive in about 5 weeks, and custom sails and spinnakers in around 6 weeks.

Please note that we make all efforts to track packages and follow up with the shipping company. We however cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to shipping issues.

We use delivery services with signature and insurance. A shipping quote is calculated in the side panel as soon as you enter a country and zip code. We will custom quote any other shipment service or destination you may request.

Returns

We do our best to describe our products on our website. We are happy to call you if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

  • You may return stocked products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). You must contact us before returning the product.
  • You may return special order products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund minus a 30% re-stocking fee and excluding shipping costs. You must contact us before returning the product

The returned product must be complete, and brand new. We can not accept for returns any sails that have been used at all, even gently.

For your protection, refunds will be made exclusively against the payment means you used for the initial purchase.

Taxes and duties:

  • Our European store prices include all applicable taxes for the EU.
  • Our US store price includes all applicable taxes and duties when shipping to the US.
  • Our Australian store price includes all applicable taxes when shipping to Australia, except for spinnaker products over $1000 AUD (excluding shipping cost).
    • Shipments of spinnaker products (sails, socks, etc) over AUD 1000 per shipment  incur GST and duties adding to 19-21 % and collected from you directly by the shipping company.

When shipping outside of a store’s territory, additional taxes and duties may be charged by the country of import and are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment

We accept payments by credit card worldwide, and by PayPal in selected countries.

Additionally, our European store accepts  bank transfer. Please contact us for details.

Warranty

We warranty unconditionally our products against material and workmanship defects for 2 years after we ship.

We do not warranty our products against normal wear and tear, modifications or alterations not made by us, improper storage, or damages due to any incidents, or use outside of normal practice.

To start a warranty claim you need first to contact us and obtain a return authorization. You are responsible to ship the product back to us. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product within commercially reasonable time frames.

You are responsible to return the product to us, but we will cover the cost of sending back to you the repaired or replaced product within the EU. Outside the EU, additional fees may apply.

NOTE: Warranty will be provided out of the store where the product was purchased.

Privacy and data security

We use your personal data only as far as is necessary to process your transaction, or to inform you of product offers, when you opt in to receive them.

We do not sell or communicate client data to third parties.
